Every member of staff we spoke with without exception praised the provider's robust approach to the training and up-skilling of staff... robust induction, regular supervision and training... culture of developing staff to reach their potential.

The registered manager led by example and was passionate and committed to ensuring people received tailored care... visible and hands on in the home, supported by a strong management and staff team.

A motitech bike was extremely popular and this fun, physical activity had allowed people to improve their mobility and strength... They no longer relied on a wheelchair... improved their strength and had given them the confidence to walk.
