Risk assessments were in place to manage risks within people's lives, and staff understood how to manage risk. Medicines were safely administered by staff who were trained to do so.
Staff were clear about their roles and responsibilities and felt well supported. One staff member said, "I can ring the managers any time, if I have an issue".
