They had undertaken training in areas the provider deemed mandatory such as emergency first aid and food hygiene training as well as specialist training designed to help them meet the needs of people supported. This included positive behavioural support (PBS).

People went out in the community either alone or with staff in line with their assessed needs. People accessed local betting shops, public transport and cafes. Staff supported one person to renovate furniture.
