A member of staff said, "We have enough staff and we are never understaffed. We use agency staff which helps."

No specialist activity programmes or coordinator mentioned, so role may feel routine at times.

There were different activities available for people to participate in if they wished. People we spoke with and their relatives confirmed this was the case and that a large variety of activities were always on offer.
