People felt safe... Staff were aware of the types of abuse... Accidents and incidents were reported and acted on appropriately and analysed for any lessons to be learnt, so future risks were minimised.
Staff felt supported and listened to and were actively engaged in developing and improving the service. The manager's philosophy was, 'happy staff, happy customers' and had worked hard to support her staff group.
