Staff told us, “I feel valued; we get told we are doing a great job, they say thank you and appreciate us.” Another staff member told us, “There is always someone to speak to here if you need to. This is a great place to work. There is good teamwork, and everyone is willing to help each other.”

People, their relatives, staff and health care professionals told us that the staffing level at the service was good.

An effective staff training programme was in place, and staff had received the training required to meet their role and responsibilities.

They also said the service provided interesting activities to keep them physically and mentally active.
