The registered manager told us, they had not utilised agency staff for almost a year. 'The team pull together to make sure we can cover staffing requirements'

Training records showed staff had completed a wide range of courses relevant to their roles and responsibilities. Staff praised the range of training... 'just done end of life training... Completed dementia training'

Staff were positive about the support they received from the registered manager. One staff member told us, 'Manager really supportive, she encourages us to talk immediately...'

Organised activities included, singing, cupcake making, flower arranging, visits to garden allotments, dog therapy, arts and crafts... strong community links with the local pre-school
