There were systems in place to report and investigate incidents, accidents, and any safeguarding concerns. When concerns had arisen, action had been taken... Staff knew how to report concerns which were investigated and acted upon appropriately. Medicines were managed safely.

Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: An individualised programme of activities was provided for people that took account of their abilities and interests... hydrotherapy pool was important for people’s exercise and stimulation.
