Peoples risk assessments were personalised and robust... the registered manager maintained a clear audit trail of any safeguarding incidents... Medicines were stored safely... minor recording issue that was immediately dealt with.
We spoke with five staff who told us they were motivated and said that they were well looked after and happy to be working at the home.
