People received care and support that was safe. The provider had a robust recruitment programme... staff had received training in recognising abuse... Risk assessments were in place... medicines safely... incidents reviewed.

Training for all the organisation's mandatory subjects was reviewed and up dated as necessary. The service supported staff to take career related courses and training relevant to people's needs... 'The training is brilliant'
