No permanent manager in post, even though a new one started recently and applied to register.

There was no registered manager in place. A new manager had started at the service in March 2018 and had submitted their application to register with the Commission.

Only standard training like induction and ongoing courses, no funded qualifications or career development.

All staff attended an induction when they started work and had access to ongoing training.

Staffing is adequate and flexible but nothing special like long team stability or no agency use.

People told us they felt there were enough staff available to support them... staffing levels were adjusted on a daily basis depending on what people were doing.
