Staff training levels were improved to ensure staff skills were maintained. Staff training figures had improved to 98 percent since our last inspection were less than 50 percent of staff were trained. More regular one to one supervision sessions were completed and recorded.
There was a noted improvement in management and provider oversight. The quality assurance processes in place were more effective. More opportunities for people and their relatives to engage with management were put in place.
