The staff spoke very positively about the new manager and felt they were part of a team. All staff said they now felt valued.
During the inspection we saw there appeared to be an appropriate number of staff on duty. The service had stabilised staffing with the use of regular agency staff.
Training deemed mandatory by the provider had been attended by staff. We reviewed training matrices and documentation that confirmed the required competencies had been achieved.
