People remained safe... Medicines were safely managed... Accident and incidents were reported and investigated... action had been taken.
Staff were all very positive about working at the home and said they worked well together... 'There is a true team here, the manager is open with everyone no favourites.'

The service was well led by the new manager... Staff said they felt supported... 'Doesn't feel like a boss, more of a friend...makes you feel like wanting to come to work.'
There was an excellent programme of activities... lead activity person... hopes and dreams board... guide dogs visited regularly... supported to visit helicopter... sailing outings... links with local school.
