People who used the service were safe and safeguarded from abuse. Processes and procedures were in place to store and administer medicines safely. Staff understood the need to report accidents and incidents with analysis to identify learning.
Staff told us they felt engaged and involved. There were regular staff meetings with staff saying they were 'normally every month.' Staff said the registered manager listened to what they had to say and that things changed as a result.
