Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: The provider had introduced robust systems and processes since our last inspection to improve the management, administration and storage of medicines. The registered manager monitored and reviewed incidents. They completed an analysis of trends and patterns which was shared with the provider and relevant health professionals. Per 2020 targeted inspection: We were assured the service were following safe infection prevention and control procedures to keep people safe.

Staff were able to share their views individually, through staff meetings and surveys. The registered manager took action to resolve staff concerns.
