Risks to people's health and safety were well managed... Peoples medicines were managed in a safe way... A new electronic system had been introduced to further improve the safety.

Staff felt supported by the management and had a clear understanding of their roles within the organisation. The registered manager was aware of their responsibilities and promoted continuous improvement.

Staff purchased a keyboard and drum kit... arranged for a music teacher... the band came from a long way away and practiced... person now had gainful employment in a local café... built up savings enabling holidays and regular visits.
