Working at Bange Nursing Homes Limited t/a Bradley House Nursing Home

Staff knew how to report any concerns and all incidents and accidents were recorded and reviewed to ensure actions had been taken to reduce the risk of a re-occurrence. People received their medicines as prescribed.

Staff said they enjoyed working at the service. There was a stable staff team at Bradley House, with a lot of staff having worked there for many years.

There were enough staff to meet people's needs... Staff feedback was that the current staffing levels were okay. They said that when more people had been living at the home, some days had been very busy due to people's complex needs.

Relatives said communication with the home was good... 'The door is always open, and I feel I could talk to them if I have any concerns.'

We spoke with... activity co-ordinator. Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: full-time activities coordinator... variety of one to one and group activities including singing and dancing, exercises, arts and crafts, games, themed parties and professional entertainers.
