Frequent changes in managers have unsettled staff.

Staff that we spoke with told us that they found changes in the management team unsettling. There had been several managers recruited since the last inspection, who had left their role for various reasons.

Staffing is adequate but uses agency staff and overtime, and staff want more permanent team members.

Agency staff were also used with regular agency staff used for consistency... 'Staffing levels are ok. It would be nice to have more permanent staff rather than agency staff'.
