Staff numbers are sufficient now after recent increases, but nothing said about agency use or keeping staff long-term.

There were enough staff on duty to meet people's individual needs and maintain their safety. The provider had increased the level of staffing since the last inspection.

Only standard induction and basic training like Care Certificate, no specialist courses or qualifications funded.

Staff told us and records confirmed they received a comprehensive induction before they began working with people which included completing the Care Certificate.
