Per 2017 comprehensive inspection: Staff spoke highly of the support they received from the registered manager and owners; 'Managers are extremely approachable' and staff felt part of an open and empowering culture.

Staff taught person to use iron, out every day in community; supported chosen leisure activities, day trips, hobbies. Per 2017: Emotional support sessions, social stories, personalised timetables, conservation activities, rambling group, pub nights.
