Although staffing levels had not been increased, a staff member told us it was safe now because, 'We have more competent staff.' Another member of staff told us it could be a challenge if there was an emergency.
Managers' checks miss issues with care plans and medication records.
Improvement was needed in the managerial oversight of important records. Checks of records had not identified when risks were not always managed in line with people's care plans.
