Medicines were managed safely... Generally, medicines were managed well across the service... Issues found at this inspection were actioned straight away by the registered manager.
Staff consistently confirmed... 'We all work so well together, it's a lovely place to work.'
Staffing numbers were sufficient. However, not all people and relatives confirmed sufficient staff were in place. They told us, 'Not always (enough staff)' and, 'They are also short staffed.'
Staff told us they had received training relevant to their role and were up to date... 'Definitely very thorough on training.'
We received very positive feedback about the registered manager... Staff told us, 'Registered manager is approachable and supportive.'
