The registered manager and staff promoted a positive culture... People and relatives told us, 'The manager is very good. She is good at helping you, she gets everything you need and she pops in every morning to say hello'

The home had a dedicated activities co-ordinator who was passionate about their role... Relatives told us, 'They have lots of activities... imaginary cruise... pizza nights and film nights... Queen's Jubilee parties'
