People's risks were assessed, and plans were put in place to mitigate the risk of harm to people, however we did identify some risk management plans needed further updates.

On the whole, most staff told us they could raise issues with management and believed they would be listened to.

Staff received training to ensure they were able to support people in the most effective way. The registered manager had facilitated additional training for staff around specific subjects which were relevant to people's care needs.

The registered manager had made improvements since the last inspection and had created a positive atmosphere within the service where overall, staff told us they were happy to work.
