People received safe care provided by appropriately trained and supported staff. Staff knew how to recognise and report safeguarding concerns. Risk assessments contained the required information and there were sufficient staff to meet people’s needs.

We observed there were sufficient staff deployed, and staff responded to people’s needs in a timely way during our site visits. People and their relatives told us there were sufficient staff and they generally did not have to wait long for help.

One member of staff told us, “We do lots of training. We have moving and handling manually. We are reminded when our training is due to expire, and we have to do it.”
