The provider had a proactive and positive culture of safety, based on openness and honesty. Staff listened to concerns about safety and investigated and reported safety events. Lessons were learnt to continually identify and embed good practice.
Staff and leaders worked well together to ensure consistency of care. Staff told us they felt at ease to raise issues and were confident that appropriate actions would be taken. Staff commented positively about the support they received from the management team.
We observed staff interacting with people and found there were sufficient numbers of staff available to meet people’s needs. Staff were deployed effectively and worked well as a team.
