All staff had attended safeguarding training and demonstrated clear understanding. People received their medicines safely. Accidents and incidents were recorded with lessons learnt and risk assessments updated.
There was a calm and happy workplace culture and staff we spoke with provided positive feedback about the management style. Staff told us that they felt well supported... 'I feel supported by the team and I really love my work,' and 'it's my family.'
