People remained safe at the service and risks about their well-being were assessed, recorded and reviewed. Medicines were ordered, stored and managed in accordance with national best practice guidance.

Staff demonstrated they knew people well... A staff member said, 'Staff pull together and support one another.'

People were positive about the availability of staff. One relative said, 'Whenever I come there appear to be enough staff.'

The providers training spreadsheet showed a high rate of compliance for staff with the required training; some was on line and other included face to face sessions.

The registered manager was praised by many for their positive and supportive approach.

Activities and entertainment were organised on a regular basis, which people said they enjoyed. We spoke with... the activity co-ordinator.
