The deputy manager was approachable, and staff told us that they felt supported by management. Staff were confident about how they could raise any issue of concern.
At the time of our inspection we observed that there appeared to be enough staff to support people. However, one relative told us that they did not feel that there were sufficient staff. One staff member told us that they struggled in the morning.
