Medication wasn't handled safely with missing tablets, wrong doses given, and poor records due to lack of checks.

Medicines were not managed safely. Records were not accurate... tablets were missing and staff did not know where the tablets had gone. When medicine dosages changed these had not been clearly recorded... staff had become confused and had not administered the medicine correctly.

Staffing is adequate but recent team changes and some agency workers mean inconsistency at times.

One relative raised concerns... changes in the staff team and a risk of inconsistency in support. They felt this had had a negative impact on their relative because they had become used to agency staff.

No activities coordinator or special programmes, so the role is basic outings, games, and drawing alongside routine care.

Staff supported people to go out and take part in activities they enjoyed doing... We observed people at lunchtime... playing games, drawing pictures and having their meal.
