Medication records had gaps and missing signatures, so it's unclear if meds were always given right.

We found errors in relation to the number of medicines two people had because staff had not signed the medicines administration records (MAR) when administered and several gaps in the MAR.

Staffing is adequate but nothing special, with no info on stable teams or low agency use.

People told us staff were on hand to assist them and staff confirmed there were enough staff to meet people's needs.

Only standard mandatory training and basic inductions like the Care Certificate, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

Experienced staff completed the homes induction and enrolled on a course in health and social care. Staff who had no prior care experience were enrolled on the Care Certificate.
