Staff told us it was a good place to work and they felt valued. One staff member told us, 'It's been a difficult few years with COVID-19 but we have worked together and supported each other.' We observed the staff team to be dedicated, friendly and approachable during the inspection.
There were sufficient numbers of staff employed and on duty to meet people's assessed needs. People's needs were responded to promptly and staff had time to spend with people. Staff told us there were enough staff to support people. They said, 'Yes, there are enough of us' and 'It's a good staff group and we support each other.'

Staff told us they had continued to be supported by the provider throughout the COVID-19 period. They said, 'We are very well supported and always accessible.'
