Staff we spoke with understood what to do to make sure people were protected from harm or abuse and the signs to look out for if someone was at risk of being abused.
One member of staff told us, 'The manager is supportive and has helped me to develop. The staff members are really helpful and I feel there are no improvements to be made.'
