The manager promoted and supported fairness, transparency and an open culture for staff. Staff told us they felt the home was well managed... confident that the manager and provider would respond quickly to any concerns.

There were enough staff employed to support people's assessed needs. The manager told us the home had experienced some issues with maintaining staffing levels during the past six months but that this had now been fully addressed... recruited a bank of staff members.

Staff were given an induction when they first started... completed the Care Certificate... training programme included... positive behaviour support... Staff told us they had regular supervision from the manager.

Staff told us they felt the home was well managed and that they received good support from the manager. One staff member told us, 'The manager is very supportive and clear about how we work as a team.'

People were supported to choose and engage in a range activities... horse riding... collection of models and... outings... jewellery making and other crafts... local clubs and attending parties with friends.
