The activities coordinator recently left and they are still hiring a replacement, so activities rely more on regular care staff.

Medication sometimes stored too warm and some staff not following infection rules like proper mask wearing or bare arms below elbows.

Medicines were not consistently stored safely. We identified that there were times when the temperature in the medicines room went above 25 degrees Celsius... Staff were not consistently following current guidance in relation to wearing masks, or to ensuring arms were bare below the elbows

Staffing is adequate to keep people safe but no info on low agency use or staff sticking around long-term.
