People received their medicines safely... Risks were assessed and updated... We found some improvements could be made to ensure staff had enough information to support safe diabetes care on the residential unit... This was addressed immediately.
Staff told us the registered manager was very supportive which created a positive atmosphere... 'The manager is very supportive and happy to listen... Her door is always open which feels welcoming'.
