Staffing is adequate most of the time but occasionally short-staffed and stretched.

A couple of times, they've been short staffed, and they're stretched, but I can usually get help when I need it

Activities are regular like baking and outings but no specialist programmes or coordinator.

People were offered a range of opportunities to meet their social needs. This included going into town and group activities such as baking.

Safety processes are standard but medicine storage temperature checks were inconsistent.

Medicines were stored securely. However, the temperature of the area, which housed the medicines, had not been consistently taken each day.
