People missed some doses of their prescribed medicines because there was no stock available... Critical information about people's diabetes... was missing which meant it was difficult to tell if people had their diabetes managed and treated safely... No advice had been taken to make sure all their medicines were supplied in a suitable form.

Staff completed training in essential topics as part of their induction and ongoing learning. Staff had completed training in safeguarding... Practical assessments of moving and handling techniques were completed by staff.
