Staff we spoke with told us there were enough staff on each shift. One member of staff said, "We have enough staff, of course when it gets busy every home could have more, but we are ok."

The provider had a programme of training and support for staff... Staff developed their skills and knowledge through training in moving and positioning, medicine management, safeguarding adults, infection control and fire safety.
