Care staff told us there were cooperative and supportive relationships among the staff team... 'We always advise and help each other' and 'If something goes wrong we discuss it openly and try to learn from it together.'

People told us they felt there were enough care staff on duty to meet their needs... Care workers told us 'Staffing levels are fine' and 'Enough of us are scheduled to work.'

Care staff told us the registered manager and other senior staff were available to provide support and guidance on a daily basis. Their comments included, 'The manager and [other senior staff member] are really good' and 'The management is really good.'

The service employed two activities coordinators who ran a scheduled activities programme including board games, pampering sessions, bowling, coffee outings, Kew Gardens, walking group.
