No activities programme or coordinator, so the role is mostly routine personal care like helping with washing, dressing and meals.

No activities, engagement or creative approaches mentioned at all.

Only standard training on things like safeguarding and medicines, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

Staff had completed safeguarding training... Staff were trained in how to administer medicines safely. Their competence... kept under regular review.

Medication guidance not fully clear for one resident and some decisions for residents who can't decide for themselves not fully written down.

Robust arrangements were not in place to ensure one person received their medicines when they needed them... best interest decisions were not always documented as thoroughly as needed.
