Staff had a clear understanding of the actions they should take if they identified people were at risk of harm or abuse. Accidents and incidents were reviewed and investigated by the registered manager with analysis for trends.

The service had adopted the 'butterfly' approach for people living with dementia. People had exceptional opportunities to experience true community interaction that enhanced their wellbeing including weekly nursery visits and Pets as Therapy dogs.
