There were enough staff available to cover the shifts and enough staff to support people safely.

Activities are basic like outings, walks, swimming and life skills such as baking, with no dedicated coordinator or specialist programmes to make the role more varied.

Staff supported people to take positive risks including the promotion of people’s life skills and activities and interests in the community such as baking, helping at mealtimes, helping with laundry, swimming, eating out or walks.
