We were assured that the provider was using PPE effectively and safely... accessing testing for people using the service and staff... making sure infection outbreaks can be effectively prevented or managed. Per 2021 targeted inspection; also staff managed people's medicines safely per 2019.

Staff told us they felt they worked together well as a team and were complimentary about the support their received from the management team. There were enough staff to keep people safe. During our inspection we observed staff constantly interacting with people and there were enough staff available to ensure people received timely care. Per 2019 comprehensive inspection.

Staff received the necessary training and support which gave them the knowledge to carry out their roles and responsibilities. One staff member told us, 'I feel I get lots of training and this is refreshed each year. I feel it's relevant and enough...' Per 2019 comprehensive inspection.

Staff said they felt well supported and respected. One staff member said, 'The registered manager has really done this place well and she is 100% approachable.
