People had limited experiences of stimulating activities and the provider was working to improve this. we did not observe people being engaged in stimulating activities most of the time.

Only standard mandatory training, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: Records confirmed staff had completed mandatory training and an induction programme when they started work at the service.

Staffing is adequate but uses some agency workers.

Staff recruitment and induction training processes promoted safety, including those for agency staff.
