Improvements had been made... People’s health conditions and associated risks were assessed and managed safely. Medicines were stored, documented and administered safely. Staff supported people to manage risks whilst maintaining their independence by promoting positive risk taking.

Staff told us, 'The manager treats both staff and people with respect.' Managers were approachable and supportive.

Staff received medication training, and their competency was checked to ensure they understood the requirements for the safe administration of medicines. Staff told us they felt well trained and confident.

Staff were able to raise concerns and told us managers were approachable and supportive. The manager has good oversight of the work within the service. They are actively involved in day-to-day operations and make sure both staff and the people we support are good.
