Staff had a good awareness of safeguarding and could identify the different types of abuse and knew what to do if they had any concerns about people's safety. Accidents and incidents were reviewed for themes and trends.
A member of staff told us, 'This is the best team I've ever worked with and I've worked in care for 20 years. We support each other and get on well'.

We saw a varied range of activities on offer which included, music, arts and crafts, exercise, trips to local cafes, pubs and restaurants, cinema and swimming.
