Staff had received relevant training and were knowledgeable about when and how to raise any safeguarding concerns. People received their medicines safely from staff who had received specific training and had their competency assessed.

No activities coordinator or special programmes, just support for basic outings like clubs and holidays.

Additional staff were used to enable people to participate in social activities, such as attending clubs and going on holiday.
