Staff received the training; support and supervision that they needed to work effectively in their role. One member of staff told us 'Training is really good, we are encouraged and supported to learn and there is specific training available if we want to progress our careers.'
Staff were extremely positive about the registered manager and told us they felt valued and listened to. One member of staff told us 'The manager is so supportive here. She sets high standards and everything is about our residents. She makes sure that we [staff] are also happy in our roles.'
